How to Use the Bulk Writer in Autoblogging.ai
The bulk writer in Autoblogging.ai writes many SEO articles in one run from a list of titles. This guide walks through every step and every setting, so your first batch comes out the way you want it. It covers Quick Mode Bulk (paste up to 500 titles) and WordPress Bulk Mode (plan posts by category and schedule them). For a quick five-step version, see Generate Articles in Bulk with AI Article Writer.

Before you start
- A title list. One title per line. Use your keyword research, or build one with the Topical Map or Title Planner tools in your dashboard.
- Credits. Each article uses credits, and some extras add to the cost. The batch shows the total before you start.
- A connected WordPress site (optional), if you want articles posted for you. Add it under Integrations.
- A saved brand (optional), if the articles should mention your products and facts.
Part 1: Quick Mode Bulk
Step 1: Open the bulk writer
In the dashboard, open Bulk (dash.autoblogging.ai/bulk).

Step 2: Paste your titles and name the project
Enter up to 500 titles, one per line. Give the batch a project name so you can find these articles later in your history.
Step 3: Set the writing options
- Language: the language every article is written in. Non-English adds one credit per article.
- Article length: shorter for quick answers, longer for in-depth guides.
- Article type: informative, listicle and other formats. With a brand selected, brand comparisons and alternatives are available too.
- Tone of voice and writing style: for example professional, conversational or first-person.
- Brand: pick a saved brand to use its facts, products and voice. For comparison articles, list the competitors and the features to compare.
Step 4: Choose the extras

These apply to every article in the batch:
- AI images: four AI-generated images per article.
- FAQs and smart schema: a question-and-answer section with structured data.
- Fact checker and sources: checks claims and adds references.
- Infographics: visual summaries inside the article.
- SERP analysis: reads the pages ranking now for each title and uses their entities, keywords and outlines.
- Source context: your own notes or facts for the writer to use.
- Internal linking: adds links to your existing posts on your domain, up to the maximum you set. With it on you can also tick Future Schedule Articles and set a time gap between posts.
- Proofreading: an AI proofreading pass, with optional human proofreading and your own guidelines.

Step 5: Choose where articles go
Turn on auto-posting to send each finished article to your connected WordPress site (or other connected platforms), with the category and post status you choose. Leave it off to review everything in your dashboard first.

Step 6: Start the batch

Check the credit total and start. Articles are written in the background, so you can close the tab. Use Copy settings to reuse the same setup for your next batch.
Part 2: WordPress Bulk Mode
Use this when you are filling a WordPress site and want posts spread out over time.

- Site: choose the connected WordPress site.
- Titles: add titles under each of the site’s categories, or let the writer suggest titles and SEO-friendly slugs.
- Settings: the same writing options and extras as Quick Mode, plus key takeaways, external links and an embedded YouTube video.
- Review: publish now, or schedule for the future with a time gap between posts (for example one post every 24 hours).

Part 3: Review the results
Open Bulk History to see every article in the batch. Each one appears as soon as it is written. Open one to read it, edit it in the editor, regenerate it or post it manually. Articles sent to WordPress show a link to the live post. If a post could not be sent (for example, the site’s security plugin blocked it), you can retry from the article.
Tips for better bulk articles
- One search query per title. Avoid near-duplicate titles that compete for the same keyword.
- Turn on internal linking for topic clusters so the articles in a batch support each other.
- Use SERP analysis for competitive keywords, where matching what already ranks matters most.
- Post as drafts on your first batch, review a few, then switch to publish once you like the settings.
